A result driven professional with over 18+ years of rich and extensive experience in the areas of counselling and hypnotherapy. I was associated with Don Bosco Ashalayam, Palam, New Delhi, Samadhan, New Delhi and Asha special school,Narengi cantt, Guwahati. Proficiency in psychological counselling, hypnotherapy, play therapy, career counselling. I have demonstrated abilities in cognitive behaviour therapy, tansactional analysis & other psychotherapy skills. An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills; strong analytical, problem solving & organizational abilities. Presently, I am running a private clinic at Guwahati, Assam where I take up Career Counselling and Counselling sessions. I have also worked as a Guest Lecturer at Composite Regional Centre, Guwahati, Assam.

Aruna is one of the best Consellors I have known. She is so balanced and constructive, I mean she makes you feel at ease and I guess half of your problem is solved. She is so simple in her methods and yet so effective. She is very empathetic and understanding. She is always there to listen with patience and provide guidance.
